Established in June 2000, ASOS.com is the UK's largest independent online fashion and beauty retailer. With over 35,000 branded and own label products available and over 1500 new lines added each week, ASOS.com is rapidly becoming the market leader in the UK online fashion world.
Aimed primarily at fashion forward 16-34 year olds, ASOS.com attracts over 6.9 million unique visitors a month and has 2.9 million registered users.

Martin has been at ASOS.com for the last six years. He joined initially to redesign and build the website and supporting systems to enable ASOS’ rapid growth in the online fashion market. Subsequent to this role Martin was responsible for growing and managing the internal software development team to scale with company’s growth. He then went on to deliver the first phases of ASOS’ rapid international growth aspirations.
Having established the international programme of work Martin now holds the position of Head of IT Strategy where he is responsible for aligning IT strategy and delivery with business strategy. In the 6 year period that Martin has been at ASOS he has seen and supported annual revenue growth from around £15m to around £300m.
Previous to ASOS, Martin has held positions in the direct to customer offering of UK department store John Lewis and at the American online retailer buy.com.
